At Chikumaya Cooking Stadium, why not make delicious Mentaiko with your own taste?
The handmade Mentaiko class is a hands-on class where you can make two kinds of Mentaiko (350g x 2) by yourself, "seeing," "feeling," and "making" how the Mentaiko is made.
Since you can choose the salt and pepper of the seasoning liquid to your liking, you can make your own Mentaiko. Customers arriving from afar can also ship (excluding shipping).
